The Renaissance is located 4 miles from the Verrazano Bridge. For most occasions, valet parking is available at front entrance. Please utilize parking in the rear of the building, between Bedford and Midland Avenue, when valet parking is not available.
From Brooklyn
Take the Verrazano Bridge. Merge onto I– 78 W. Bear right approaching the toll plaza. After toll bear right take Hylan Boulevard exit. At the light turn left onto Fingerboard Road, turn left onto Hylan Boulevard. The Renaissance is located at 2131 Hylan Boulevard on your right.

Goethals Bridge – Staten Island Expressway Route 278 East
Outerbridge Crossing – West Shore Expressway to Staten Island Expressway 278 East
Bayonne Bridge – Willowbrook Parkway to Staten Island Expressway 278 East
Follow signs to Verrazano Bridge. Take Exit 12 Todt Hill Road / Slosson Avenue. Turn right onto Slosson Avenue. Slosson Avenue becomes Todt Hill Road. Todt Hill Road ends at a ‘T’ intersection. Turn sharp left onto Richmond Road. Turn right onto Midland Avenue. Turn left onto Hylan Boulelvard. The Renaissance is located at 2131 Hylan Boulevard on your left.
